Ummm, not my best, but it's as done as I want to bother with it.
Painted in Ceracolors as a public demonstration at California Art Supply a couple of weeks ago. Foolish me. Demo was fine, but I should not have attempted a live portrait under those circumstances having done no portraits in years! Ah well. So this is not a likeness of Ron Ansley, the owner, and it's not my best work by any means. But I'm done trying to fix it up anyway.

Come Fly With Me!
Had a ton of fun, when Jack visited me and my painting group out at the San Carlos Airport today. Jack got right to painting his own and did a fine job of it!

Bit o' the Old Sod
Over at Cameron's Pub in HMB with the painters today. Sort of gray cold day with flat overcast lighting. Painted this Ceracolor on 9x12" Canson Watercolor Board. OK, but sort of pedestrian. Ah well, can't win them all!
Now Down (or up) at a Real Farm
Went to Occidental with the painters to Lesley Pickford's farm above Occidental. On roads I used to ride my bike!
A decent narrative piece featuring a sheep barn next door. Acrylic on 20x10" masonite.
Comparing the last one at HMB with this one, I can clearly see that a narrative piece is not going to move me, while an expressive one, like the waterscape, will do so. Trying to remember that, but not all subjects/places make for a strong emotional experience.
